I got an inch of rain here the day before yesterday, and that&#8217;s about the extent of it.<\/p>\n<p>The Southern Tier, where I grew up, did get hit, however.<\/p>\n<p>My dad says he&#8217;s has over 11 inches of rain this month.<\/p>\n<p>He also just told me that the Chenango River reached the steps of the old bank in Downtown Oxford.
